Shipping Policy
At Active Recovery 360, we are committed to providing reliable, convenient, and timely delivery of products designed to support exercise, injury recovery, rehabilitation, sports performance, and overall physical recovery. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed after our daily processing cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed on the next business day. Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping and transit time.
2. Shipping Options
We offer shipping options based on total dollar amount of order. All orders are shipped ground transport by a company-selected provider. Shipping charges are as follows per order:
- Less than $50.00 — $9.95
- $51.00 – $99.00 — $7.95
- Over $100.00 — free shipping
Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout whenever available. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on total dollar amount of order. From time to time, Active Recovery 360 may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping promotion will be clearly identified on the website or during checkout.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii where available. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, U.S. territories, or other locations may be subject to carrier restrictions. Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on manufacturer requirements, product characteristics, or applicable laws and regulations.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will generally receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives and scans the package. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
6. Multiple Shipments
Because our marketplace may offer products from different manufacturers, suppliers, or fulfillment locations, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and shipping notifications. You will not necessarily be charged additional shipping fees simply because your order is shipped in multiple packages.
7. Product Availability and Backorders
Some products may have limited inventory or may be temporarily unavailable. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and provide information regarding the expected availability. Depending on the circumstances, customers may be offered the option to:
- Wait for the product to become available;
- Cancel the unavailable item; or
- Receive a refund for the unavailable item.
8. Delivery Delays
Although we work to provide accurate delivery estimates, Active Recovery 360 is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. These circumstances may include:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Carrier delays
- Transportation disruptions
- Holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Customs delays
- Government restrictions
- Other unforeseen circumstances
When we become aware of significant shipping disruptions, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate those delays to affected customers.
9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order has not yet shipped and you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment; however, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered the fulfillment process. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around your delivery location and with household members or building management.
- Check with neighbors when appropriate.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- Contact Active Recovery 360 if the package cannot be located.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so that we can assist with the appropriate carrier investigation. For packages showing confirmed delivery, Active Recovery 360 may require the customer to work with the carrier or provide additional information before a replacement or refund is considered.
11. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request:
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the damaged product
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Other information necessary to process a carrier or product claim
Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.
12. Returns and Exchanges
Shipping charges associated with returns or exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before returning a product. Products that are opened, used, damaged, or otherwise ineligible for return may be subject to the terms and conditions of our Return & Refund Policy.
13. Recovery and Medical-Related Products
Our website may offer products intended for exercise recovery, injury recovery, rehabilitation, sports performance, physical therapy, chiropractic care, athletic training, and related applications. Shipping a product does not constitute a recommendation regarding its use or suitability for a particular individual. Customers should follow the manufacturer's instructions and consult an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary.
